As we hit the halfway mark of the year (I can't believe it's gone by this fast), I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge what you're doing. It is integral to our respective communities, and we're grateful to be a part of the impact.

I recently shared on social media how I navigated through postpartum depression and used that experience to develop strategies for maintaining resilience and striving forward.
