I may be kicking a dead horse here, but I wanted to reach out and share how I've been leveraging LinkedIn to expand my impact and connect with like-minded professionals.

Here's why I decided to start actively using LinkedIn:

1. Expanding My Network: I wanted to connect with people who share my passions and LinkedIn became the platform for finding those valuable connections.
2. Sharing My Expertise: The insights I've gained over the years could benefit others. LinkedIn provided the perfect space to share my knowledge through posts, articles, and engagement.

And here's how I'm using LinkedIn today:

• Consistent(ish) Posting: I regularly share content that reflects my expertise and experiences, from practical tips to thought leadership pieces. This helps position me as a trusted resource for my community.
• Engaging with My Network: I've made it a habit to interact with others' posts, contribute to discussions, and offer my insights on topics that matter to me. This helps build relationships and showcase my value but also I love to see my community growing and excelling.
• Continuing Education: LinkedIn has become my resource for staying updated on industry trends, new tools, and best practices by following thought leaders and participating in relevant groups.

With these practices, I authentically increased my LinkedIn by 200+ followers over 3 months.
